Model Release Form

In consideration of your engagement as a model or actor, and for other good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, you hereby acknowledge that the following rights and permissions belong to We Should Create Limited ("the Company"), its legal representatives and assigns, those for whom the Company is acting, and those acting with their authority and permission.

The Company has the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to take, use, re-use, sell, publish, and republish photographic portraits, pictures, or video of you — or in which you may be included — in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations. This includes use in conjunction with your own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in colour or otherwise, made through any medium at their studio or elsewhere, and in any and all media now or hereafter known — specifically including but not limited to online media and distribution over the internet — for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever.

You specifically consent to the digital compositing of your pictures or video, including without restriction any changes or alterations as to colour, perspective, foreground, or background. You also consent to the use of any published matter in conjunction with such photographs or video. You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products, and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection with them or the use to which they may be applied.

You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Company, its legal representatives and assigns, and all persons acting under their permission or authority or those for whom they are acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form — whether intentional or otherwise — that may occur or be produced in the taking of such photographs or videos or in any subsequent processing or publication of them, including without limitation any claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy.

What we will never do: We will not use your likeness in a way that is defamatory, sexually explicit without prior written consent, or in a context that implies a political or religious endorsement you have not agreed to.

You hereby warrant that you are of full age and have the right to contract in your own name. You have read the above authorisation, release, and agreement prior to signing, and are fully familiar with its contents. This form shall be binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
