Terms of Service

An invoice is issued when you book. Full payment must be received before the shoot day. If payment isn't received in time, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the booking.

All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable. We Should Create Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company number 11339011).

• 14+ days before, no planning started — full refund
• 14+ days before, planning underway — 75% refund
• Within 14 days of the shoot — 60% refund

Rescheduling requests made at least 14 days out are handled at our discretion and subject to availability. Inside 14 days may be treated as a cancellation.

The exact content output is agreed during pre-production and may include social videos, photography, long-form video, ad content, and other branded assets. All content is delivered in high-quality digital formats.

You get unlimited revision requests during the 2-day editing window. Any changes requested after this window are billed at £45/hour.

Once paid in full, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use everything we create for your business — across any platform, in any format, forever.

You cannot resell or sub-licence the content to third parties. We retain underlying copyright in the original materials but will never provide your content to another client.

Raw footage is not included by default but can be purchased as an add-on. Full details are provided in your service agreement at booking.

We love showing off our work. By default, we may use content we create for you in our portfolio and on our socials — but we always wait at least 30 days after delivery before posting anything.

If your project is confidential or tied to an unreleased campaign, just let us know and we'll hold off until you give the green light. You can ask us to remove any portfolio use at any time.

Our liability is limited to the total amount you've paid us. We're not responsible for indirect losses such as lost revenue or missed opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes would be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside their control — severe weather, illness, or other genuine emergencies. In those cases we'll always try to reschedule first.
